What are my options for parking my vehicle at Luton Airport Parking Ltd?

Meet & Greet -On arrival at the terminal you will be met by our chauffeur who will take your car to our secure compound for the duration of your trip. On your return you will be met by our Chauffeur with your car for your onward journey. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control flights delayed etc, it is not always possible to Meet the flights at the new scheduled times, however you can be assured that we endeavour to Meet you as soon as possible.

Park & Ride -Arrival Procedure
On arrival at the access road to Parking Park & Ride, continue straight ahead to the car park. Proceed to the vehicle drop-off area in front of the Customer Reception. Our Attendant will greet you and present you with a return card, featuring your vehicle identification.Our Attendant will load your luggage allowing you to board our shuttle luggage free. Our Attendant will park your vehicle for you. Your shuttle will depart as quickly as possible, and always within 20 minutes.

Special Note: While the journey time to the Terminal is typically 4 minutes, please allow extra time if travelling during the rush hour


Park & Ride -Return Process
After you have cleared customs, please call us on 07984600500 to request collection. Our shuttle will meet you inside the Passenger Car Drop off area. All our shuttles are easily identified by our brand logo (Premium Park and Ride). Our drivers will be pleased to load your luggage and have you back with your car within 10 minutes
On return to Customer Reception, please present your return card to receive your keys. Your vehicle will be parked nearby in the exit lane ready to go home.

For transits there will be an extra charge of £3 per day and for trailers, caravans and anything larger please contact the office.

 

Where is my car going to be parked?

Luton Airport Parking has onsite fully patrolled compound which is hard standing ground, covered 24hrs by recorded CCTV & flood lighting, 8ft high perimeter fencing, barriers entrance & exit.

 

What happens if you overstay your booking?

There is a £10 per day fee if you over stay your booking. This is at the descretion of the management.

 

How far is my vehicle from the Airport?

We are 1/3 mile from London Luton Airport.

 

Do you have a vehicle size restriction?

We do not have any restrictions, but please call to confirm if your vehicle is larger than a Transit van. Long wheel base vehicles vans, caravans, camper vans, minibuses and trailers are charged at £4 per day extra, Payable on entry.

 

Do you have disabled facilities?

Yes we do, please call for more information.

 

Can I contact you at anytime?

Yes, our customer service team will be available to answer any enquiry.
